It's a hectic time at the moment what with portfolio hand in's looming and as part of that hand in involves having a website, which I already have, I thought I'd make even more work for myself by spending the day redesigning the thing! I decided to move away from my own chunkily coded mess and just use indexhibit, and its already looking 100 times better, just need to upload some more projects. Go check it out! You might have also noticed I redesigned the blog, so it all fits together a bit better.

⌘+C Viral
Just finished editing the film and it's uploaded to youtube. Hopefully all the links between the pieces should work. There is just one more little thing that needs to be added to the end of the last film and then it's done! I havent embedded it as it's an interactive video that only really works on youtube but click on the image above or here to watch it. Also please excuse my terrible acting...

Filming a Viral
have been in the studio all day doing version 2.0 of a viral advertising project about piracy. I was in front of the camera doing some super cheesy acting and god is it tiring. Much prefer being behind the camera. Shall post it up here once the editing is done.

Portal 2
I'm not really a massive gamer. I own a PS3 but mainly use it as a media centre, but there is one game I've been excited about forever. Portal 2, I first played portal about a year ago when Valve offered it for free as an incentive when Steam was released for mac and became completely addicted. Not only is the gameplay challenging and super fun it also has a spectacular storyline with a perfect mixture of comedy and creepiness. So when Portal 2 game out I jumped on it and having just completed it I can say I was definitely not disappointed. The new mechanics introduced into the puzzles meant it never got boring and the storyline was just as great as the first one, expanding on the history of Aperture and giving some great comedic moments. I could gush about how much I loved it till the cows come home, but to be honest i think i'd rather play it some more. Co-Op here I come!
